At Kophire, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing times, shipping options, and other important details.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified in the product listing.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Local Pickup (Jamaica only): Available upon request. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
- Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount. (Check our promotions for details.)
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Customers outside of Jamaica should be aware of the following:
- International delivery times vary and may take 7-21 business days.
- Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Tracking & Order Status
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within the processing time, please contact us at hello@kophire.com.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Kophire is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues. However, if you encounter an issue, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kophire is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
