Refund policy

At Kophire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.


1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital/downloadable products.
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Opened or used yarn, kits, accessories and tools.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@kophire.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the item.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item is returned not in its original condition or past the 14-day window, only a partial refund may be granted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at hello@kophire.com.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as needed.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect order was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
